Are you ready to give your child an exciting, action-packed summer they'll never forget? POW! Gym's summer camps are designed to keep kids moving, learning, and having fun in a structured and purposeful environment. We keep our camps small, with the largest being only 20 kids, to ensure every child gets personalized attention!

Kids will enjoy outdoor time (weather permitting), dynamic workouts, themed programming, and plenty of engaging activities—from board games and art to dance parties and scavenger hunts. Plus, we make sure to include elements of fitness education every day to inspire lifelong healthy habits!

Fit Kid & Games Camp

(4th - 8th Grade)

Enjoy full days of athletic-driven fun, combining movement, learning, and play. Campers will participate in two structured POW! training classes, enjoy outdoor play at local parks, and engage in a variety of activities like board games, dance parties, and art projects—all led by our expert instructors. At POW!, we’re dedicated to building confident kids through active play, hands-on learning, and exciting fitness challenges.

Pee Wee Fit Kid Camp

(1st - 3rd Grade)

Designed for 1st through 3rd graders, this full-day camp keeps kids engaged with high-energy activities that build confidence and coordination. From agility course training and relay races to dance parties and improv games, every day is a new adventure. Campers will also enjoy group storytelling, creative writing, neighborhood walks, scavenger hunts, and more—all in a structured, supportive environment.

Sports Conditioning Camp

(4th - 8th Grade)

Campers will participate in two daily sports performance sessions, plus outdoor games like kickball, flag football, and capture the flag. Throughout the week, there will also be youth yoga, mobility exercises, and activities that promote leadership and teamwork. With expert coaching from POW! and Parisi, this camp helps kids develop confidence, athletic intelligence, and healthy habits—both on and off the field!

Nerf Skills & Drills Camp

(4th - 8th Grade)

Campers will develop agility, coordination, and strategy through skill-based Nerf games & battles. POW! provides single-shot Nerf guns for safety, but kids can bring their own for battle days. Beyond Nerf, campers will enjoy park time, daily workouts, art projects, and reading, all in a structured and balanced environment. Safety gear is worn, and all rules of engagement are followed for a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience!

Football, Speed & Agility Camp

(6th - 8th Grade)

This camp helps young athletes build speed, agility, and football-specific skills to prepare for the season ahead. Led by expert coaches, campers will train in footwork, acceleration, explosive movement, and game-ready reactions. Beyond training, kids will stay active with park games, competitive challenges, and team-building activities, while also enjoying some downtime. Whether they’re looking to gain an edge on the field or boost their confidence, this camp will have them moving faster, reacting quicker, and feeling stronger than ever!

Teen City Adventure Camp

Growing up in Chicago

For teens who love adventure, history, and hands-on learning, this camp is for you! Led by native Chicagoan Katalin Rodriguez Ogren and CPS educator Anya Zamiar, campers will navigate Chicago’s streets, use public transportation, and explore iconic landmarks through scavenger hunts, art tours, sports history, and food adventures. Rain or shine, they'll experience the city like a true Chicagoan through this immersive experience!
